Organizational Design
Different companies have vastly different Organizational requirements.
Small start up companies need a fast moving, loose management team that
can accomplish many things instantly. Performa process and rigor are of
lower priority to the task of getting the organization off the ground.
Larger better-established companies need a seasoned management team that
can create a structure that provides a cohesive flow to the operations.
Logos has helped recruit and organize basic management teams in small
companies, evolve fast paced growing companies into a second stage
management structure and has reorganized and streamlined very large,
mature companies. Each of these tasks is of key importance to companies at
different points in the corporate life cycle.

| Project: Medium size high technology firm, growing rapidly, having increasing problems with customer service and implementing systems on a nationwide basis. Personnel were inadequate to handle the growth curve. Logos developed a new organizational management and departmental structure. After approval of the new structure, Logos designed an aggressive corporate recruiting program consisting of Retained search firms, Contingency search firms and in-house recruiters. Company doubled in size during the next four months while concurrently reducing overall personnel expenses due to reduction of temporary contractors.
